1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Speaker Clips ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Speaker Clips is an AI-powered video portfolio and booking platform for keynote speakers and event planners. We provide tools for uploading and transcribing talks, generating chapters, public speaker profiles, AI search over content, submission portals for events, and scoring and review tools for planners.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to violate any law, infringe others' rights, upload content you do not have rights to, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, transcribe, analyze, and display it as necessary to operate the Platform and provide our services. Our Platform, branding, and technology remain our property.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of signup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated outputs (e.g. chapters, scores) are for assistance only and do not constitute legal or professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speaker Clips and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
